Positive experience
When I went to the concert at Utica last weekend, I wasn't sure I had made the right decision. I was greeted warmly and relaxed by the fact that the staff was dressed as casual as I was. No heels or runway fashions, but good flat shoes and casual dress. I spread my blanket out, recognizing faces from the previous event, though not many people had come. After I went to get a drink, I returned to find a man I had been talking with via e-mail for two months sitting next to my area. He introduced himself and confirmed that he had correctly recognized me from my profile photo. What a shock. We talked for the remainder of the concert. He then asked if I wanted to go grab a bite to eat as everyone was leaving and we made a night of it. How refreshing for an event, I had earlier that day been hesitant to attend.
